How to Access the Portal

Please Note: This is in reference to the ITC Customer Knowledge Base Portal; not your private labeled support portal.

You may have received an invitation to access the ITC Customer Portal.  It will look something like this.

Please sign in with your customer email. 

If you are using a Microsoft account, the system may recognize your account and you will proceed to the next step.

Click Accept and you will be taken to the Customer Portal Knowledge Base.
